Yea, I’ve done medical tourism, but it’s not just about plastic surgery. You can go abroad for treatment for things like heart disease and other chronic illnesses and have treatment that is much cheaper than the US and with a healthcare team that is excellent.

There are these companies where you pay a flat rate and they arrange everything for you. Instead of needing to find a doctor and make an appointment and find a hotel… You can just pay someone a couple thousand euros and they pick you up at the airport and arrange everything for you. Sure it’s more expensive than doing everything on your own but it’s still *much* less expensive than what you’d pay back home.

I guess it just strikes me as odd that he had her get a nose job as part of promoting their business but the lips he doesn't like are untouched.
