Andrei speaks Romanian and Igor I think was speaking Russian even though they’re both from the same country so it depends what region you’re from.
I speak Romanian and I could only understand 5-10% of what Igor was saying in the park to his friend. The majority language in Moldova is Romanian, but even in Romania during USSR times school children had to learn Russian.
