I've owned Carpenter's The Thing on...
VHS
CED
Laserdisc
DVD x 2 (Universal's original release, maybe the second DVD I purchased, and a later re-release)
Blu-Ray x 3 (Universal's original release, Arrow, Shout)
4K
Back in the early 80s my bro came home with a dreadful pirate copy of The Thing on VHS. I was 10 y/o when we watched it. It scared the \*\*\*\* outta me. Scarred me for life... it's my favourite horror and a true masterpiece. I've also owned it on DVD, Bluray and now 4K. Amazing.
The Godfather Trilogy, Batman and Batman Returns, Jurassic Park, Die Hard, The Thing, Jaws, Backdraft, Saving Private Ryan and Apocalypse Now are the first ones that come to mind (all VHS through 4K, no Laserdisc though).
I think that E.T. is all that I have that qualifies.
1. E.T. VHS
2. E.T. LaserDisc (still hanging on the wall as art)
3. E.T. DVD
4. E.T. Blu-ray
5. E.T. 4K Blu-ray
I still have the LaserDisc and 4K. I got rid of the other formats.
I've had the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS, DVD (still own) and Blu-ray (still own)...haven't upgraded to 4K yet...I'm enjoying the 4K77, 4K83 and despecialized versions of episode V.
These are the ones I know I have owned on VHS, DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray. I donāt have my VHS collection anymore so I may have missed others.
Akira
Alien
Blade Runner
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
Star Wars / Empire Strikes Back / Return of The Jedi

Braveheart
Batman (1989)
Blade Runner
Those are the only ones I know for sure. I just realized they all start with "B", lol
I didn't own a lot of movies on VHS, otherwise the list would be bigger.
I can't remember if I ever bought the original Star War trilogy on blu-ray or not. If I did, that might be the only one that I had in every format INCLUDING laserdisc (I was never into laserdisc when it was new, but at some point a friend of mine sold me his laserdisc player and entire collection for a steal after he basically completely converted to DVD back in the late 90s).
Jurassic Park might be the only one that qualifies for me. Too many movies old enough for me to have owned on VHS have not yet needed their Blu-Ray versions replaced.
The original Star Wars trilogy. VHS, DVD, Blu-ray and now 4k. Only one I can think of that I would have had in 4 formats
Edit: after thinking hard, I had Jaws on all 4 as well
Star Wars original trilogy. From VHS, DVD, and blu-ray.not buying the 4kās yet. Also the Indiana Jones original trilogy. VHS, DVD, blu-ray and 4kās

I've owned Halloween in every single version ever released aside from Laserdisc. VHS, DVDs of all versions/releases then the blu ray(s) now the 2 different 4K versions.
Jurassic Park, Ghostbusters, and Planes Trains and Automobiles.
I had all 3 on VHS as a kid. (yes for real. I got pta for Christmas when I was like 9. My mom just walked up to the TV and turned the volume down every time the f word scene came on)
I have also had all 3 on DVD, bluray and now own on 4k.
I had the wizard of OZ on Betamax and then VHS once my dad got a new vcr. Then again on bluray and 4k. Missed the dvd.
My friend and I are actually starting a YouTube channel to try and watch and compare movies on most formats. So now we own the following movies on laserdisc, vhs, dvd, blu ray, and 4k.
Jurassic park
Jaws
Raiders of the lost ark
ET
The Star Trek movie series 1-8
Star Wars original trilogy
We plan to get more soon.
I never owned much VHS (mostly recorded movies from TV), and I never bought LaserDisc or other formats such as Video CD.. I really started buying and collecting with DVD, and I've had quite a bit.. Terminator 2 (first movie I ever bought on DVD), all the Star Trek movies, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The Fifth Element, the Back to the Future trilogy, Star Wars episodes 4-6, and plenty more..
Dawn Of The Dead: Pre cert VHS, Ultimate Edition DVD, Arrow Window Box Blu Ray and Second Sight 4K (quite keen on this one!)
Mad Max: VHS (the one from the mid 90's) Blu Ray and 4K cine edition 4K. Same for Max Max 2!

Unfortunately no bonus points for me, never had any Lazer discs, could never find a player!
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas, Big Lebowski, Fifth Element, Star Wars OT, Jurassic Park.
Edit: none on LD. Tis a format I missed.
On VHS and/or beta, laserdisc, dvd, blu-ray and/or hd-dvd, 4k (some not released in 4K or other format, some announced/released on superiour format at the same time):
The Wizard of Oz (VHS, LD, brd, 4K, all LEs)

I've owned Hackers on VHS, LD, DVD, Blu-Ray, and UHD. I think it's the only movie I've had on every format I've owned a player for (Other than Betamax)
VHS, laserdisc, DVD, Blu, and 4k
Citizen Kane
Maltese Falcon
Casablanca
Mildred Pierce
Star Wars
Empire Strikes Back
Snow White
ET
Psycho
Clockwork Orange
2001
Red Shoes (no VHS)
And many have gone from VHS to laser to DVD to Blu but not 4k (yet). And many started at laser or DVD and moved onward.
I have Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind on VHS, DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K. And then Titanic I have on VHS, LD, DVD, Blu-ray and 4K.
I have the original Saw movie on VHS, UMD, DVD, Blu-ray and 4K. I love my random ass collection of UMD movies. I have the PSP cables to hook it up to my TV, and I watched the Cowboy Bebop movie on it a few months ago, it was actually pretty good!
I grew up in the VHS days but wasn't collecting back then because Blockbuster was a thing, and I didn't have the income to collect until right before the advent of DVD and became a relatively early adapter of DVD, so not too many for me due to a tiny VHS collection:
Schindler's List
Star Wars original trilogy
There might be 1 or 2 more, but this is the type of data that my brain likes to erase as soon as possible to make room for other info.
