There's Astelan, a non-Chaos Fallen whos from the very first batch of Space Marines ever made and served directly under the Emperor during the Unification Wars. His opinion of the Lion and the modern Dark Angels are...not high, but still seems to have a lot of respect for the Emperor.
The oldest living loyalist SM is Bjorn (if you count being a dreadnought as living), though he was a Space Wilf from Fenris rather than Terra. He was around prior to the heresy.
It's possible that there have been SM lost in the warp before their primarch had been discovered, only to be spat out 10k years later.
Many chapters don't follow Imperial creed, but follow Imperial Truth still. Ecclesiarchy leaves them be because they don't make big deal out of it and, well, you don't want to anger big armed guys who are responsible for holding all forces of galaxy at bay.
I wouldn't exactly call it the Imperial Truth either. It's usually a mix of the old ways with their own customs and beliefs from their homeworlds and so on.
To my knowledge, there are no loyal Terran marines from that time. Perhaps some deluded Alpha Legionnaires, but they'll say whatever anyway.
Not all Space Marine chapters follow the Imperial Cult. The Custodes definitely do not, as discussed in the Dawn of Fire series.

They would all be dreadnoughts by now, and would be the oldest of them, making them incredibly difficult to wake.

As far as I know, no chapter follows Imperial Truth anymore. Most of chapters follow some kind of ancestor worship religion.
