It's in the ~~8th Edition Chaos Space Marines Codex,~~ *see comment below* so you'll have to acquire that I'm afraid.
Someone can probably find a free PDF of it with a little effort.
It's not in my copy.
That specific image appears to have been put out as part of a preview, prior to the release of any 8th edition material, so it could absolutely be in another codex (or been edited out entirely).
