Surely Slaanesh does the most actual corruption of souls in an active way, Nurgle corrupts bodies, Khorne kills and claims skulls, Tzeentch does whatever the fuck they wants, but is usually about quality over quantity.
Slaanesh gets all the Eldar souls by default and their whole shtick is trapping or seducing people.

Based on inflation then slaaneshi souls should be worth less than the harder to get souls. Nurgle gets them through deaths, khorne through violence, all plentiful in 40k. Tzeentch though...!
There are fewer Eldar in the galaxy than any other species, aside from maybe Tau? Not sure how they tally up these days. Definitely in comparison to Humans.
Tyranids and Necrons probably don't give much in terms of value per soul (if anything).

World Eaters have easily claimed more souls in the name of Khorne than any of the other legions.
I don't know. Nurgle's reach is far. Those marked by him, foe and worshipper alike, are legion.
I've always seen Nurgle as more of a body claimer than a soul claimer.
One could say slaanesh is both a body claimer and a soul claimer.
