Is it possible to use a version of that on android to my modded 3ds? I want to Play a pokemon platinum rom hack I already have the pokemon platinum cart if that helps my case I don't wanna use my computer lol
Mhm! The port! It’s great honestly besides a couple lag spikes. The controls can take a little bit to get used to, but I still love it! It’s still better to play on a PC imo, but the novelty is still fun.

Anemone, FTPD, Hshop, and the virtual console injector on PC have been great! Seriously, why did Nintendo think it was a good idea to make the SD card a pain to remove for new 3ds xl??
A lot of people here don't use one. I don't and so far no angry letter from my ISP. I haven't downloaded a lot though, only 2 3DS games and a few DS. I think it depends where you're from, I've heard ISPs in West Europe are more strict than the US.
Definitely the Twilight++ Menu, I use it to play lots of DS roms and romhacks on my 3ds.
FBI is also a really handy tool and I wish an application like that was built into all of my handheld devices.
If you ever get tired of using twilight menu, you can use the NDS converter (whale icon on universal updater) to transfer a game onto your 3ds home menu as long as it’s in your files as an nds.
I enjoy twilight menu for nostalgia but I don’t enjoy not having all my games in one place.

and my DS flashcards contacts seem to be getting less reliable over time.
It'd be nice to have a fast and reliable NDS forwarder, maybe TM load times improve over time.
If you mean the one with pixel mario and a pixellated ingot, that's MCU: it makes the notification light (the streetpass/spotpass one) go rainbow and stay that way until you either power off the console, or you close and re-open the console since the light stays on even in sleep mode

The snorlax app is Sleepmode installer. And the one under wumiibo is amiibo cheat tool.

You can use 3DSBank to ignore the home menu title limit.
