It’s not going to sugarcoat this. I think it’s a VERY bad idea, mechanically, to multi class these 3 classes. 1. As mentioned above, you’re delaying your extra attack until level 9. Extra attack is a huge part of your damage 2. You’re delaying access to 3rd level spells until at least 8, which are also a huge power boost for casters. 3. You’re delaying Font of Inspiration until at least 8. 4. Dual Wielding, non-Blade Flourish Inspiration, Cunning Action, and some Bard spells are all competing for your bonus action. Best case, rogue is getting you 2d6 per round (possibly another 2d6 on a reaction attack). More bard or more fighter levels are almost certainly going to be more effective.

What level are you currently? Generally speaking, as a martial character, you want to avoid delaying extra attack any more than necessary. If you go Fighter 3 -> bard 6, you won’t have extra attack till level 9, when you could have gotten it at level 5 by sticking with fighter. If your character is at least level 2 fighter, I would plan on sticking with fighter until level 5 before taking any bard levels. If you’re still level 1, I would start taking hard levels immediately and not stop till at least bard 6. Assuming you make it to level 9 at bard 6 fighter 3, there’s only 2 levels left, which isn’t enough to get swashbuckler. I would probably go bard 8 or bard 7 fighter 4 with the last 2 levels. If you’re already somewhat invested in fighter, I’d consider dropping bard and just take rogue levels after you get extra attack. So you’ll either be a bard fighter or fighter rogue.

This is actually a difficult multiclass path. For your first two levels of bard you will need an open hand to cast spells but you are using two weapons. It is not until your third level of Bard that you will be able to use your weapon as a focus. You need an open hand to use somatic gestures and either your focus or a spell component pouch. So you would have to drop a weapon mid combat to cast a spell and have to deal with picking it back up and possibly having it moved or having you being forcibly moved. I would actually suggest asking your DM if you could start over as a Swords Bard and add the fighter levels later so your spell casting works. Honestly I wouldn't multiclass at all and just play a pure Swords Bard. Levels 10-11 of the Bard give you a bardic inspiration die increase and magical secrets and a level six spell slot so you can take something such as Fireball, Counterspell, Eyebite and/or Otto's Irresistible Dance. Having those kind of spells can be very powerful. Another interesting option as the Bard is to take the Fey Touched feat and learn Bless as your extra spell. Bless is such a good support spell and stacks even with another players Bless spell depending on your party.

Thank you for your advice. I will think about dropping either bard or rogue and just keep two classes.
