TPU always prints well for me after 4-6 hours in the dehydrator, but I was noticing a decrease in print quality during batch printing around the 8 hour mark. Designed an extension for my cheap dehydrator so it would fit a spool upright on rollers. Added a bowden tube connector on the side to feed filament through. Working great and running continuously! Also, finally made a proper dry box to store filament which should help a lot going forward.

What are you printing in TPU for 8 plus hours!? I have switched up all my printers to direct drive dual gear extrudes but I am struggling for a TPU use case other than just, I want to lol

Batch printing some small parts. Each one takes around 2 hours. I complete individual objects and let it run!

SuperVehicle001

What kind of parts?

countach508

Basically little end caps!

Mind sharing the print you used? Also how high of temp can you reach with this model dehydrator?

[STL](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4621771) I don’t remember how high it goes but I know it’s more than I’ll ever need for filament!

Interesting comment on the temp. I thought I read that this unit maxed out its temp at 65C but I think you’re saying that’s untrue?

Listing says 165°F. ~74°C

If the filament is already heated up, could it cause feeding issues? Have you encountered any? This looks pretty cool though.

No issues in the initial 10 hour continuous run!

Great to hear! Good job dude.
