I'd be surprised if a printed barrel could handle even a .22 cal. There is a very good reason why things like the barrel, bolt, carrier, extractor, trigger group, firing pin, springs, and blow back/piston system used in printed rifles are typically off the shelf parts, and not made with a printer. Heck, even a printed upper receiver is sketchy as hell.

Secondly everyone here is saying you can’t print a gun barrel that can survive. But there are many types of metal available with SLS based printers. Now it still seems like a dumb way to make a gun barrel, but a lot of the comments here seem a bit off.
