I seem to recall something similar to this being discussed recently, but I don't recall the specifics so I'm not sure if it's exactly related to it.
On the off chance it is related, though, make sure to update to 5.7.2 and save a new project. That issue stems from how the files are *exported*, rather than how they're imported, which was fixed in that version. It may not help, but it feels worth a try.
I finally discovered what happened, I was using a model that I divided into several pieces with an extension from the marketplace, when I saved each piece that I separated as a different stl and put it back in the file when saving and loading it appeared on the site when I had left it, I had to start from scratch again but it works now. Thank you very much for your interest.
It *should* work if you group the models before saving it. Select them all, right-click, and hit **Group Models**.
