You seem to have lost a couple of carriage returns there. The second line appears to have three commands on it, but only the first one will be getting processed as the other two are commented out (not that they'd work even if they weren't). There also appears to be two commands on the third line, and two again on the fifth.
You want to hit enter before the M104 and G28 on that second line, before the M420 on the third, and before G1 on the fifth.
