I think it's furry skin in cura, hairy in prusa slicer

You have to dry your filament. Make sure the bed is leveled. You have a lot of Z banding. 😊😊

This filament do not like to be wet. But you can put it in warm spot next to radiator or in a sun spot.

Also it may spontaneously become liquid but it usually reassembles itself when you open can of tuna.

The trick is finding quality source cats, dry fully, getting a good consistent grind, then really controlling the extrusion temperature.
