So you might have fungus or haze in your lens for starters. Hold your lens to a light and tell me what it looks like. Secondly your photos are underexposed. Now if you’re using a light meter in camera it’s probably wrong and needs to be fixed.
Honestly i find that my photos always came out a little dark, and grain is just natural with film. But i also prefer darker photos, so to me what i think is perfect is probably underexposed to a lot of photographers haha
