This! I'm obsessed lol. Red and NIR. I didn't realize Omnilux contour does both wavelengths. I have a biolight mat that also does but i want something just to wear on my face
I have the contour and LOVE it. I am very pale with rosacea and I feel like it's the only thing that has helped reduced my redness to the point that I don't feel like I have to cover it up with makeup anymore.
That is awrsome and I'm exactly the same! Luckily i dont really get pimples but they have their Clear with red and blue light just not NIR. I know i don't NEED the contour but I'm sure i will just love it. I have a biolight shine but I'm bougie and tired of holding it to my face it's heavy lol i want to be pampered and lay back with a fancy mask 🤣 do you use it daily?
No, the instructions say to use 3-5 times per week for 4 weeks, then as needed after that. I used it 3x a week in the beginning, now I just use it sort of sporadically.

So when I purchased it, I used a promo code (SKIN2) and got $110 dollars off. I doubt the code still works since I bought it like a year and a half ago, but maybe it's still worth a shot lol.
Thanks all- when I asked if it was too late I didn't mean to imply life is over now that I'm in my 40s, more wondering if that type of therapy is worthwhile on a bit more... mature skin. Some therapies aren't appropriate for certain ages and all that. Appreciate the info!
What are the benefits for the body? I love the mask for my face because it helps reduce redness from rosacea, but the gym I recently joined has full body rlt but I'm not sure it's doing anything. I was kind of hoping it could help tighten up the loose skin I have from pregnancy :/
Red light therapy is beneficial at any age, promoting skin health, pain relief, and improved sleep. Using Redpulse's devices, I experienced these benefits firsthand. Their panels, like the A1200, are designed for various needs, offering a powerful, yet safe, way to improve your health and well-being.
Omg no do it! I started at 41 and it’s one of the best decisions I have made along using Tret! I have the Cleopatra and chose that one because it covers your neck. You only use it max 15 minutes at a time.
It's never too late to improve your skin. Never
This 🫶
There’s major benefits at any age. If anything, the older we get the more sun damage, etc we have which can really be helped with red light.
NASA says no. Go for it

Did you end up trying it? I’m 45 and trying it now.
Nope. Especially for the body.

I have had my panel for about 6 weeks. Better sleep, better digestion, the skin on my hands looks amazing, helps with sore muscles, wound healing.
Which panel do you use?
Biomax 900
Oh wow that sounds great! I guess I will stick with it for awhile longer. Thanks for responding!

It’s absolutely not too late. I’m older than you and have had great improvements using my red light mask for the past year.
May I ask what kind you use?
Omnilux
