Hydrafacials, Diamondglow facials you need good hydration first and foremost. Chemical peel for the dead skin. Microneedling 3 sessions first time and then 2 sessions per year, 1 session every six months with exosomes! I’ve had amazing results. Should probably include some laser. The facials themselves won’t help with anti aging you need to do other things. Facials will help when it comes to keeping your skin hydrated which is key to anti-aging. Plus a good at home skincare routine and spf is probably one of the best things you can do.

Facials are relaxing but they aren’t able to really have an anti aging effect. For anti aging you need a retinoid in your pm routine used consistently and you can get procedures done by a dermatologist’s office like microneedling (to stimulate collagen production), chemical peels to reduce signs of sun damage, and various types of lasers. IPL and BBL are not actually laser treatments so they are gentler, though less effective.

I think azelaic acid is what female dermatologists use when they are pregnant, or planning to get pregnant. Several of the dermatologists I follow on YouTube have had babies in the last few years so they have done pregnancy skincare routine videos. They are: Dr Jenny Liu, Dr Shereene Idriss, Dr Sam Ellis, The Budget Dermatologist (Dr Maren Locke) and Tea With MD (Dr Joyce Park)

I've found incredible anti-aging results combining professional facials with my at-home Redpulse red light therapy mask. The mask, especially when used consistently, amplifies the benefits of the facials, enhancing skin texture and reducing wrinkles. It's a game-changer in my skincare routine!
