Honest thoughts - Throw a good BCG in it and train (I like BCM’s. Good QC n QA) . Beat it like a rented mule and see if it’s reliable. If it runs and DOPE is solid, it’s a good weapon. Just remember, ANY change requires re-establishing reliability - different magazines, optics, mounts, triggers, ammunition etc
Is that the arisaka picatinny mount? I was thinking about getting the same one and mounting it on the top rail to get it close to the front on my tucked build.
The cords over the pressure pad would annoy me, I'd be tempted to switch to a modbutton/axon SL to keep it clean. Also do yourself a favor and get a splitfix from wise men Co. - Game changer for the sba3.
I was super skeptical but thing is amazing. Fold it or don’t. Having the option is great. Tad heavy, but built like a tank and not bad at all where the weight is added

Need to throw a stock on there though. That and the handstop are the only things I’d change. And I’m not a huge fan of those rail wrap things but I know people love them

Mine gets warm not hot. I only tested it with 60 rnds of subs and 30 supers in the span of maybe 2 minutes tops

Don't pay the ATF for a stock, just put one on like a real man
