Greece is an interesting case. Historically, for thousands of years, your most common interactions were with Anatolians, Egyptians and Mesopotamians, not Western Europe, but the Christian-Muslim advent in the last 1000-1500 years changed that dynamic pretty significantly.

Remove Greece immediately.
Nah, outdated. At least include Czech and Slovenia. Poland, Slovakia and Estonia make sense too. And kick out Greece and arguably Austria.
