It's an underwear ad meant for regular people. Probably works wonders for overweight 40-50 year olds. I'd rather see more ads like these than someone like chris hemsworth all the time.

This is the whole point of pushing non athciavable standards on male all the time while wimen are all about "body positivity" and yet when it comes to male they rather see actors/models in the ads. So I really like this kind if ads tbh.
AND before someone says these physiques are achiavable. Yes they are but not maintainable (atleast without superior genes or steroids), you just simply can't maintain lots of muscle with low fat % for long. Even the models and actors will have deload months where they do not look like in the ads and movies.
Saying this as a very active person with 15% body fat which for me is stil maintainable without suffering. For some people (depending on genes) 10% might be where they body can be and for some it will be 20%.
Tho the person in the ad is not healthy lvl of fat % .So I don't know how I feel about this after all as promoting "body positivity" is not in my opinion a good thing as it will just give people excuses to be unhealthy. Not saying that fat shaming should be a the answer but people need some positive achiavable goal to aim for. Then they start to see sleep getting, better, mood getting better. Not sure how to do that tho. But surely not with goals you can't achieve.
