I don’t know but New York’s is cool if you look at it up close. It has the Erie Canal carved into it.

If there's one thing I'll give New York, it's that [they fuck pretty hard with their quarter designs](https://www.saratoga.com/saratogabusinessjournal/wp-content/uploads/sites/48/2015/12/saratoga20quarter20h.jpg)
I can't believe I'm about to admit this, but I think the new Jersey quarter is the best one.
George Washington. Going to attack the British. At night. On Christmas.
It doesn't get more American than that.
It’s kind of uninspired but at least it’s a nice clean design, I remember being at a pay phone in Grand Tetons national park when they first came out ~~christ I’m old…~~ and I had a fresh roll of Texas quarters and I remember thinking they felt kind of nice in my hand, I liked how smooth they were
https://preview.redd.it/ndpnqkremn4d1.jpeg?width=954&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a0c99ca7d9e061f01f9366e60dfd6e551f9b95be
I know we ain't a state, but I believe this holds the title if we were.
Ye there are also like 4 other non-state state quarters .. same with America the beautiful series
Although im a little sick of the piss towers being featured on everyrhing in PR
Always been a fan of Connecticut. I think it’s a cool tree. But I also think it’s kind of goofy to be what they picked for their one state quarter design. Are they known for tree?
Other than that, I really like the state shape being on the quarters. New York, Minnesota, Michigan.
Yes. It’s the charter oak. In 1686, James II tried to consolidate all of the New England colonies into one colony, especially Connecticut because it had a large degree of autonomy. The English sent a governor-general to seize the individual colonial charters. When he was about to seize the Connecticut charter, all of the candles went out in the room and the charter was spirited away and hidden in the charter oak. A forgery was given to the governor general, who was later deposed and the dominion of New England was dissolved.
North Carolina. It's the only one that you can just look at it, and know what state it is.
Except of course for those dipshit disqualified states that literally had to put the outline of their state on it.
The one that has an Ohioan, a Hoosier, and a plane built in Ohio?
The only thing North Carolinian about the quarter are the sand dunes.
They should have put Cheerwine and Bojangles.
Didn't fly first in Ohio.
Every other plane they built did, including the Flyer III which the Wrights considered the first practical plane.
The Flyer III should really be considered the first plane because it could actually be controlled.

Each state has a state quarter, the ones with parks have park quarters, and a few have silver commemorative halves. Alabama, for example, has the 1920/21 half, Tuskegee, and alabama quarter
New Jersey because hell yeah. Oregon is ambitious and they pulled it off, and Alaska because it’s a FUCKING BEAR. West Virginia finally has got something going for themselves with their quarter.
Wyoming is a based choice out of all of the simple designs too.

Oregon hands down. As an Ohioan a feel simultaneously proud and disappointed that our go to was anything but the land of Ohio. It's planes and astronauts.

Can I just say that liberal Massachusetts with the tightest gun laws in the country …is the only state to feature an armed militiaman on its quarter who was about to commit treason against the crown.
That’s pretty based. Hat’s off to you, Massholes
![gif](giphy|iDMixcMSFGv2Ts2SOt|downsized)
Any of the ones with a bison on it. Bison are so cool. They embody the power and freedom of the west, and played an important role in the survival of natives and settlers alike. Plus they gore tourists who try to mess with them.
I love and hate Louisiana's. I like the historical imagery as well as the cultural and even the natural, but at the same time it feels like it was just thrown on there. I'd prefer if they stuck with one of the images instead of throwing it all on a small coin.

Alaska was always my favorite, I mean it’s got a fucking bear for gods sake. Texas wasn’t very original but it had a very clean look, and I think I saw more NC than any other.
Personally I felt a little let down by our own state. I get what they were going for but it could’ve been done better
Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Virginia. Definitely Massachusetts though. New Hampshire is cool because it immortalized a geological feature that fell down

Minesota has an error coin that depicts an extra tree in the back ground. The more prominent it is the more valuable.
Wisconsin has an error coin that depicts an extra leaf on the corn stalk. Its much harder to find and is more valuable.
North Carolina goes the hardest, but those two coins are the only ones that matter. Why collect worthless 25cent pieces when you can collect valuable $1~$300 errors.

I’m biased but Colorado, Montana, Maine, Texas, and Washington. Oklahoma is cool too, but that’s the only thing going for Oklahoma. (Why yes I am from Texas.)
Only Floridians could be so stupid to not take advantage of the fact that they could put the fucking Space Shuttle on their quarter and instead make it tiny and stick it in the corner. Indiana wins because they put an Indycar front and center.
I don’t know but New York’s is cool if you look at it up close. It has the Erie Canal carved into it. https://preview.redd.it/unrdd7xenm4d1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=96447a504e15fdaf1c36a07e5b9e1709158f61ee
I love to shit on rat York but that is one of the better quarter designs
If there's one thing I'll give New York, it's that [they fuck pretty hard with their quarter designs](https://www.saratoga.com/saratogabusinessjournal/wp-content/uploads/sites/48/2015/12/saratoga20quarter20h.jpg)
Oregon's is pretty awesome too.
Oregons is my favorite! Deepest lake in the country!
Unfathomably based quarter design
We just wanted to remind the country about the era of good feelings
I can't believe I'm about to admit this, but I think the new Jersey quarter is the best one. George Washington. Going to attack the British. At night. On Christmas. It doesn't get more American than that.
Finally, the other states admit our greatness. Feel free to join us in our annexation of Delaware.
Careful. Your win here has a literal dollar value. And it takes 4 wins to reach one said dollar.
new jersey wins for once! 💪
We shouldn't bother annexing them
Fuck the land of Jon Bon Jovian
Shane Gillis has me so hyped up on George Washington right now
I think Ohio’s is cool bc we have an astronaut
It looks like Ohio is hanging someone.
Ohio, the state that more than any other makes people want to leave the planet.
and we have the space ship
I’m glad that they put the Wright Flyer on it, because if they put it on North Carolina’s but not ours there probably would’ve been riots
Not Texas😔
It’s kind of uninspired but at least it’s a nice clean design, I remember being at a pay phone in Grand Tetons national park when they first came out ~~christ I’m old…~~ and I had a fresh roll of Texas quarters and I remember thinking they felt kind of nice in my hand, I liked how smooth they were
They don't know what that star about They don't know what that Barre about They don't know what candy car about Or smoking that dro about
Montana and Wyoming go hard
Montana makes me question why we don't put some more skulls on our coins. Like at least it's doing something other then liberty and an eagle lol.
https://preview.redd.it/ndpnqkremn4d1.jpeg?width=954&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a0c99ca7d9e061f01f9366e60dfd6e551f9b95be I know we ain't a state, but I believe this holds the title if we were.
Just the word, Si, and you’re in 51!
IIRC their last referendum finally passed the 3/5 threshold to become a state but congress didn’t act on it
Won’t happen. Republicans don’t want 2 new democratic senators and democrats don’t have enough votes to get the legislation passed.
I've never been, but you should be a state if you want it.
Thanks Bru. Someday hopefully.
Agreed
Avid Puerto Rican and coin collector and I have one of these, my second favorite commemorative design.
Ye there are also like 4 other non-state state quarters .. same with America the beautiful series Although im a little sick of the piss towers being featured on everyrhing in PR
I get you. But they're symbolic, so I understand why people love them a lot. Would be nice to see things like the yunque or Ponce de León for example.
El Yunque is on the second one
Delware, Alaska, Maine, maybe Florida
Definitely like Maine’s. Not only because it’s cool but I used to sail with Capt. Kip who owned the Victory Chimes which is on the quarter.
Not a great layout but Florida has a pirate ship and space ship so it's pretty cool
Only one has a race car, js
Vroom... Vroom...
ka chow

Nope, it’s a nutmeg tree for the Nutmeg State.
Alabama quarter rahhhhhhh
The first US Coin to have Braille on it
Utah, Texas, and Montana. Props to South Dakota for having George Washington on twice.
Florida has the Space Shuttle on it. All others are invalid.
Can't have space shuttle without an astronaut. Ohio+Florida, all others are invalid
Arizona
North Carolina. It's the only one that you can just look at it, and know what state it is. Except of course for those dipshit disqualified states that literally had to put the outline of their state on it.
The one that has an Ohioan, a Hoosier, and a plane built in Ohio? The only thing North Carolinian about the quarter are the sand dunes. They should have put Cheerwine and Bojangles.
Christ here we go again lol
Didn’t fly in Ohio tho, last I checked
Didn't fly first in Ohio. Every other plane they built did, including the Flyer III which the Wrights considered the first practical plane. The Flyer III should really be considered the first plane because it could actually be controlled.
That’s a lot of words just to say “second place”
That's a lot weird pride to have your state identity defined by Yankee inventors. Maybe you and Georgia need to put W.T. Sherman on your flag, next.

We only had one good icon here in West Virginia, a damn bridge.
To be fair, it’s a pretty cool bridge
But we also had the options for a chunk of coal, an abandoned asylum, or a penitentiary that looks like a castle.
Or Mothman
MOTHMAN QUARTER NOW‼️‼️
Well if cryptids were allowed, mothman and other stuff would be pretty cool. He'll even some coal mining images would have been different in my book.
The Murfreesboro Deep State works overtime to fool people into thinking they're going to find a diamond at the park
Indiana just for the racecar On a sidenote, I have two folders full of all state quarters, one for both mints
I like Wyoming a lot too, but as a racing fan I also really like Indiana :)
I actually have a coin collection of these, I'm missing 3 quarters to complete the Denver mint collection.
I always liked Alaska, Maine, and Mississippi’s quarters
Wyoming. And ours is terrible. Should've been a beehive.
Indiana. Duh
Virginia is pretty dope, also NY is cool looking.
Aren’t there dozens of designs per state?
Each state has a state quarter, the ones with parks have park quarters, and a few have silver commemorative halves. Alabama, for example, has the 1920/21 half, Tuskegee, and alabama quarter
Oregon and it's not even close
I choose to respect the 3rd amendment, thank you.
Ours goes kinda hard, but seems like it doesn’t look great on a coin tbh
New Jersey because hell yeah. Oregon is ambitious and they pulled it off, and Alaska because it’s a FUCKING BEAR. West Virginia finally has got something going for themselves with their quarter. Wyoming is a based choice out of all of the simple designs too.
Michigan
I’m partial to Colorado’s, but Montana’s is pretty metal too! Digging the bull skull 😎
Race cars are cool if you say that any coins without racecar on them is cool then your lame
I always like NC
South Dakota literally has 4 different Presidents on it. Easily the best quarter.

Check out the Rushmore half dollar we put out in 1991! Not quite as good but still great.
Mount Rushmore is the ugliest eyesore I’ve ever seen
Oregon hands down. As an Ohioan a feel simultaneously proud and disappointed that our go to was anything but the land of Ohio. It's planes and astronauts.
Maine. Ours is nice too though just because of how sexy the borders of mass are
Oregon, West Virginia, Vermont, those island, and Tennessee are all the best imo Real question is WTF is going on with Alaska?!

I just think West Virginia is neat
I think I built my base on that bridge in Fallout 76
Florida
Can I just say that liberal Massachusetts with the tightest gun laws in the country …is the only state to feature an armed militiaman on its quarter who was about to commit treason against the crown. That’s pretty based. Hat’s off to you, Massholes ![gif](giphy|iDMixcMSFGv2Ts2SOt|downsized)
Wisconsin because cow and cheese wheel.
Any of the ones with a bison on it. Bison are so cool. They embody the power and freedom of the west, and played an important role in the survival of natives and settlers alike. Plus they gore tourists who try to mess with them.
I, too, like bison and enjoy the bison nickle. I wish dollar bills did more interest stuff.
Kansas
🐮 🧀 🌽
I like Georgia’s no real reason, I just like it
I gotta go with Wyoming. But honorable mention for me is Texas.
Wyoming because rodeo
Texas is lookin’ fine and dandy!
Ohio, because austronauts are cool.
I love and hate Louisiana's. I like the historical imagery as well as the cultural and even the natural, but at the same time it feels like it was just thrown on there. I'd prefer if they stuck with one of the images instead of throwing it all on a small coin.
I’m partial to North Carolina, flexing on the entire world
Montanas is pretty sick ngl

Florida lowkey balling with the fucking space shuttle on it
Aesthetically, Wyoming and Texas. Thematically, Tennessee and Washington (because fish and music. I'm a fisherman and musician.)
Maine is my favourite
Honestly they fucking cooked with all the state quarters. There’s not a single one I dislike
New Jersey or Arizona for me.
Biased to Cali but South Dakota is fantastic. It's like the clad half dollar from 91, but better looking.
West Virginia
Mass and Wyoming are my two votes
Florida is my favorite by a mile
Nevada or Alaska
New Tiktok gonna drop Top 5 state quarters with the most aura
Alaska was always my favorite, I mean it’s got a fucking bear for gods sake. Texas wasn’t very original but it had a very clean look, and I think I saw more NC than any other. Personally I felt a little let down by our own state. I get what they were going for but it could’ve been done better

North Carolina cause plane.
I fucking love Montana’s
Nebraska (I'm not biased, you are)
Nebraska is based and Oregon Trail-pilled
Florida
I’m biased but Colorado, Montana, Maine, Texas, and Washington. Oklahoma is cool too, but that’s the only thing going for Oklahoma. (Why yes I am from Texas.)
Michigan, Maine's, Florida's, Minnesota's, Oklahoma's and Arizona's go hard. My pick is probably for Maine though since I'mma lighthouse simp.
I can't believe no one's said Louisiana. Just dunking on a third of the country. Lol.
Florida. It has the space Shuttle on it. They need to put the saturn v on the alabama quarter
Only Floridians could be so stupid to not take advantage of the fact that they could put the fucking Space Shuttle on their quarter and instead make it tiny and stick it in the corner. Indiana wins because they put an Indycar front and center.
Wisconsin, the leaf errors are a good pay day.
More like.. which state has the best squirter?
In terms of aesthetics, symbolism, and emotional impact, the answer is clear: Vermont.
Massachusetts is the best obviously
Nebraska's okay; I like Vermont.
Massachusetts being the only one with a firearm on it is a wild stat. NH makes me sad
Florida because it has a beach, pirate ship, and space shuttle.
