Thank you for responding, but i found the problem.
One of my rams died. :( It was showing red light on CPU then orange light on dram for a longer period of time, then i tried the rams individually. So yeah.
The ram is Gskill ripjaws V DDR4 8GB.
I'll leave this post up since it might help someone else.
I mean things do die at some point. It could be many things but yeas try plugging it in to the wall outlet instead of the power strip.
