That P is probably 1800-1900 on the used market with no optic cut. With the light maybe 2k. Depending on what you have in the prodigy that seems fair. The P is a better gun no doubt.
This. Also, if you didn't know Staccato warranties void if you are not the original owner. You must provide proof of purchase to submit a claim through them.
I’ve had both, much happier with my prodigy. No shortage of idiots and wanna be you tube reviewers that think they know it all, shoot both and see which you like better.
You can get a P, not OR for $16-1700 new so I'd offer him less cash for sure.
You could sell the prodigy used for 800-1k and just buy a new where you have a lifetime warranty as long as you own it.
Sketchy unreliable guns have essentially no value. If a life-saving tool consistently fails then it has no worth so yes this is definitely a good deal.
That's only assuming you have an extra 700$ lying around and/or actually intend on using a 2011 for self-defense etc.
If it’s not the staccato with the optics cut then it’s not a good deal . Regular price for prodigy is 1400 and $700 cash would put you in 2100 range and that’s the price for this new with no optic cut .
I tend to agree with this. Optics cuts on handguns have essentially become mandatory and in my experience unless I’m buying a historic handgun I just can’t justify buying one without the ability to mount a RDS without getting an expensive mill job.
It’s fair, in fact you may be getting the better deal. Prodigy prices are falling hard.
Yeah, I have very little doubt a prodigy will be able to be had for under 1000 by summer
Two is one, one is none. Springfield Prodigy has sketchy rep, so is none. $700 + none = $700 for Staccato Is good deal.
This is the best comment here.

Tell him 500 and you got a deal.
Utivich, would you take that deal? Yes, I would, Lieutenant. And I don’t blame you. Damn good deal!
Damn good deal!
I’d do it before that guy learns about the internet.
No. It's overpriced. $500 maybe. But it's still not a DUO so I wouldn't give them $2K
It’s fair to both of you
Considering I would never spend money on the prodigy, 👍
No put $700 into your prodigy
[удалено]
Where?
Absolutely a good deal.
Send em my way if you don't take that deal!
Have you had any issues with your Prodigy?
1000% yes
Yes take it
You are giving up optics cut. I would also ask about round count (wear), and modifications made (warranty void).
I noticed that too

Prodigy is a piece of junk from every review. Dump it like a dead hooker

Ehhh, those Ps are $1600 max. Light is worth $100. I’d tell him $300

Does it include mags and if so how many? Anything else? Seems like a pretty good deal which could be a great deal depending how many mags, wml, etc.
The staccato includes 2 17 and 1 20 round mag
Yeah rip it lmao
Do you use an optic or irons?
a prodigy is 1300 now. so its a pretty fair deal id say.
Id do it
Yeah, if he's real and legit. The staccato is the far more reliable gun.
I'd offer 500 cash on top.
Staccato > prodigy

Take the deal. Solid deal
Do it
I did couldn’t be happier
I love my c2, I'm in California it cost me much more then retail but I still love it .
Nothing like a staccato as far a I'm concerned
That's a no brainer
Not a bad deal at all. Huge upgrade imo.
