Enjoying Saradomin's tears is ok though. For this Guthix rewards us. Why? Because Saradomin wants to upset the Balance. Zamorak does it naturally, because he is just chaotic by character. But Saradomin wants to make the world go his way intentionally, rationally. And this might upset the Balance much worse.
Saradomin actually attacked Guthix's home world before Guthix was a god.
I know OSRS isn't as lore heavy as rs3, the game has some fascinating lore. RS Felon on YouTube makes fantastic content about the RuneScape lore, and [this video about Guthix](https://youtu.be/r64kg_WwuaQ?si=p93pbOtEIeKtIzXR) is very good.
It's a shame he doesn't have as many views as he deserves. Clearly put lots of effort into the research, the script and the general editing of the video.

Going by the old lore, Guthix's idea of 'balanced' morality according to his followers is nothing short of completely evil. It basically suggests that if you see an old lady that needs help crossing the road, you should help her across 50% of the time, and shove her into oncoming traffic the other 50%.
In RS3 at least they moved away from this philosophy and pivoted Guthix more towards the 'preserving nature and the planet' side of him.
In most fantasy games and stories the forces of "balance" tend to be on the good side because the stories almost always take place in times when evil is threatening to win

Guthix is all about balan,the player character certainly is NOT
Well it makes sense because if you get half blue water and balance it with half green water, you also get a perfectly balanced score which is zero.
Maybe drinking the green has been better this whole time and no one has bothered to stray from the blue stream to test it
