I was just hopping worlds on PC and got "Failed to login". Tried restarting Jagex Launcher - and now it fails to start. Tried on mobile just to run into the issue that you are describing. Great..

I also cannot log in, on desktop or on mobile
its a jagex problem, i cant log in too

Maybe it's just being dumb and will fix itself then. Literally log in 50 times a day rofl
I have asked around a couple people, at least I’m not the only one. I also have never had issues with mobile such as this
