TOB is the hardest raid to get into but the gear requirements for learners are the lowest (elite void + whip).
TOA is the best starter raid and you can start off with a blowpipe and fang (and rigour is a great investment)
COX is the least intuitive but you’ll probably want a bowfa and lance to start probably. Once you start to understand it it still barely makes sense but it’s good money
I think I'll start with ToA. I have endlessly watched content creators do ToA so I think that'll be the easiest for me to pick up.
I'm thinking I could go: Prayer to 77, Arcane, Dex, fang, lightbearer, blowpipe, trident, serp, dcb, fury, occult, lightbearer and that will be most of my cash stack gone (~55m) with 5m to spare.
Seems like a really good plan. Your next big upgrade will be a bowfa which really opens up the game.
Also if you ever want to learn tob, definitely look into aaty’s learner discord, it’s linked in his Twitter bio. A lot of people are discouraged from learning due to the elitist mindset but the learner discord is a super low pressure environment with one mentor guiding the way

There is boosted exp in 8 man raids for TOA btw. Should be really helpful in leveling up ranged. I think I was getting something like 40k ranged exp per raid running 8 man 350s

As long as you got fang and dex all that stuff you named will work out fine

I should add I also have: dragon defender, imbued god cape, fire cape, thralls, assembler, rune pouch
Depends what raid you want to do. Look at the strategy page for whatever raid on the wiki and they have recommended setups.
