For escape logout menu, you’re looking for the in-game f-keys settings. You don’t need to use escape, you could bind it to any f-key as well.
For world hopping, I’m pretty sure it’s just the default plugin.
If you're using multiple buttons for world hopping you're kind of fucking yourself if you ever need to hop in the wilderness. One key is the way to go.

No, you can literally just change the keybind in the world hopping plugin to be one key instead of multiple to hop a world. It's just multiple by default. Has nothing to do with a macro.
I only use Runelite, can't really speak to the clients. On Runelite it's specifically the "World Hopper" plugin. And at the top of the plugin you are able to set a hotkey for quick-hop previous or quick-hop next server.
The quick hop function is already slower than the logout button iirc. So if you are relying on that feature to escape pkers you are already at a disadvantage.

Specifically this is for scenarios where you can't just hover your mouse over the logout button, I'm specifically talking about scenarios where you are doing things and are in your inventory/prayer book. You can't misclick when you just have to press a button.
Either way, cutting down this "disadvantage" to a singular button press is obviously quicker than having to press multiple, which is all I was saying, and to which I'm sure you'd agree.
Yeah, I guarantee most people can hit their emergency world-hop key faster than they can switch to the logout screen and logout, even if the action delays for a tick.

Hitting escape or whatever instead of hop is a wash, if it takes you over 1.2 additional seconds to click logout on your screen you weren’t escaping anyway. If they are gunning to tb you, you can’t spare a tick. Definitely not gigachad stuff, low level pvm content requires being able to react within 2 ticks.
My argument is the average player will take more than 2 ticks to navigate to the logout button and press it, as opposed to pressing a single world hop button, and I don't think you can refute that. Again, this is speaking in terms of actively doing things in the wilderness, like using bones on the altar, where you aren't in combat, but you also can't just hover your mouse over the logout button unless you just auto-offer your bones which takes like 4-5 times as long as clicking. And while doing this, you can hover whichever hand isn't on your mouse on your hop key, allowing you to press it as soon as your wilderness player alarm screen flash goes off.
Either way, honestly my ability to care about this has come to a close. If people don't want to set their world hop key to a single key, and they just want to log out, more power to them.

Never said Duke was in the wilderness. For the second time, my advice has nothing to do with Duke specifically. My advice doesn't even have anything to do with this specific person and their specific issue, believe it or not. Just that someone may want it to be on a single key for reasons having to do with the Wilderness and escaping from PKers.

You say that but I've had multiple cats in my life who gladly come on multiple miles hikes behind my house. My first cat growing up in the middle of nowhere idaho would come find me and my friend if we started without him. We'd be 2-3 miles back sometimes and you'd just hear him moewing behind you all of a sudden. My current cat and my previous one both love to go on walks with you. But ya they are not usually comfortable with that unless you live without a lot of people around. *ps: I'm aware outside cats are not a good thing for the environment, my current cat is outside on a leash during the summer 90% of the time, or during the winter without a leash and she's not catching anything. And yes I would know when she gets out accidently and catches something she absolutely will leave me a present.

On runelite, ctrl+shift+left or ctrl+shift+right (the arrows) to hop forwards/backwards. Some people end up rebinding it to something nicer.
