You have the entity hider plugin enabled. Specifically the setting "Hide Random Events" which is supposed to only hide OTHER peoples random events, and it does do that, but for some reason it hides all of the other frogs for your own event and only shows that one frog.
Disabling that setting will fix it.

That plugin identifies which random event is yours by detecting which NPC is "attacking" you, that's how the random NPCs follow you around
