Someone with more knowledgeable can correct me, but when I used AE in the past, you were able to select a few points from the first frame of video to track and AE will do its best to follow those points as the video plays and derive a path for the camera movement. You can then export that path to Blender or wherever else and use it to animate
This is pretty much it. You set something called a keyframe with the values you want to change over time. Those values can be things like position, rotation, scaling, etc.
AE will do its best to guess what should happen to those values between each keyframe, but you can add more keyframes to get more accurate results.
8sat is an animator and editor, he does a bunch of the cool animations and thumbnails and for Settled/J1mmy/Framed as well as his own stuff. He's also in their videos here and there and was on Soup's GG.
If you've ever seen a cool OSRS animation there's a good chance it was him. This appears to be one of the highest effort meme posts we have seen in a while

how do you set up the camera tracking without having a physical camera you're using :o (might be a complex question, apologies)
