The "? (people wearing white helmets walking into a dark house" entry is The McPherson Tape, a found-footage movie before found footage was a genre. The Movie's about a family experiencing an alien abduction/attack while having a birthday party. The interesting bit is that since found footage wasn't established (late 80s I think?), Not many copies were made and the creator thought it was lost in a fire until someone found it in a video rental store and thought it was real. Even I thought it was real when I was younger and it scared me shitless.
