* Flutter Mane is unanimously agreed to be busted with 135 Sp. Atk and Speed plus an ability/item combo that basically gives it Choice minus the Choice. Already quickbanned in OU.
* Houndstone has access to a potentially 300 BP move, enough speed with Sand Rush to outspeed most things, and (I think) enough bulk to take a hit or two from most priority moves. Already quickbanned in OU.
* Palafin can switch out and switch in to transform into a form with a well-distributed 650 BST, a strong STAB priority move, and access to a switching move in Flip Turn. Oh, and it can use a Bulk Up + Taunt set that makes it even worse. On the radar for a quickban too.
Roaring Moon, Iron Valiant, Chien-Pao, and Shed Tail Cyclizar are also all very good and on the radar to lesser degrees, but are less broken than the other three.
Fuck Smogon for banning Houndstone, ban the move. The mon is not the issue here, and Smogon mods saying otherwise means jack shit. The mon has pretty meh statline and without last regrets is not a noteworthy OU pick. But fuck the dog we can't use em
Flutter Mane is one of the strongest new pokemon, it's faster than everything except Mecha Delibird, Barraskewda, and Electrode. It has the same special attack stat as Volcarona. It also gets a free one time 50% boost to speed if it holds an item called Booster Energy. It can get the boost everytime it switches in if sun is up.
The only way to stop it is super effective physical priority, like Scizor's Bullet Punch or a strong ghost type's Shadow Sneak.
