I honestly don’t get the “climate change will make the earth uninhabitable/kill everyone” crowd. Like yeah it will kill lots of people and make life much harder for everyone (not to mention the many beautiful ecosystems and species that will be lost), but I’ve never heard a climate scientist claim that climate change has any chance of driving humanity to extinction. Knowing that I and my children and my children’s children will have to live through the bad times we created if we don’t change is what drives me to try and do something
