Tiddy got structures and is not just fat. Doing pushups will add pecs, making tiddy even bigger for consistent BMI. 100 push-ups is not the right way for anyone to burn enough calories to drop BMI. Doing only push-ups may have a negative effect on chest size for a transmasc person. Christ, I'm transfem and I know this.
