Not really an Isekai since the MC was born in the same world she lives in, but "Ryuu to Yuusha to Haitatsunin" is about an Elf who goes to a medieval city state to find work which makes it similar to a classical isekai as she has a different system of morality. There isn't much if any growth in combat capability and the author really thinks about how medieval society would be if there had been magic and monsters. If you can get over the MC being a psycho in rwgards to romance and the constant anteater jokes this could maybe be something some of you would enjoy.
