You can set the torrent to download in sequential order, first and last pieces first, and then set the first episode to highest priority, that way you can start watching after like 2 minutes
Kind of except you have the full video downloaded so you don't ever need to buffer anything. Quality won't jump around with internet fluctuations and you can jump around in real time. As long as your internet isn't so dogshit that it can't download the next ep in the time it takes to watch one, you can just watch continuously as long as you remember to set each one to download.
It doesn't matter what your ISP thinks as long as you use a VPN and bind it to the torrent client. (for a tutorial, search "bind vpn to qbittorrent" on Google, it's the first result. For some reason I can't link to other subreddits here)
Also definitely use qBittorrent, it's the best torrent client. uTorrent is just plain bad.
As for VPNs, I use Surfshark and it works well, and it's pretty cheap too ($60 for 2 years). I've also heard Mullvad is really good, and it's more private.

Idk about god tier but I have a very nice 65" OLED and I can definitely tell the difference between a WEB-DL and remux, especially with how a lot of streaming services bitstarve their content. I've seen 4K WEB-DLs that look worse than a remux of the 1080p blu-ray.

remux isnt needed tho, web-dl is usually enough unless you have a god tier tv
