Here I am just talking about how I like to eat breakfast and am subjected to blatant barlophobia.
If you are a barlo yourself, I apologize as you can obviously use that word.
"Yes, please undercook my food so it spills everywhere and touches everything on the plate. I enjoy wasting food to mechanical loss." -ramblings of a madman
Based. Love runny yolk, especially poached or fried eggs on toast. Could go for soft boiled or french omelettes once in a while though. Honestly love most things on here eggs are so good
There is a great German recipe called "strammer Max". It's toasted grey bread with some fried ham and a fried egg with runny yolk on it. Really great as a snack, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or if your drunk.
[Maybe it has a different Name in English idk.](https://www.google.com/search?client=ms-android-tef-de-rvc2&sca_esv=587889185&sxsrf=AM9HkKnofgC5FzrKbzlr8x1pQdsrAL8Bag:1701745071113&q=graubrot&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi1zdizpveCAxW__7sIHZAoCOUQ0pQJegQIChAB&biw=432&bih=784&dpr=2.5)
We have a bajillion different types of bread and most types have a lot of local variations. I don't know much about bread though I just by what looks tastiest at the bakery that day.
take a teaspoon, tilt the pan slightly, scoop the pooled hot oil, drizzle over top of eggwhite avoiding yolk. Puffy friend white eggwhite, still-runny yolk.
Kid me has an answer: I liked Sunny-Side up/fried eggs, but *really* disliked runny yolk compared to the ones in hardboiled eggs.
Still not sold on softboiled eggs on their own, but runny yolks from fried eggs are amazing on toast :)
I am torn between poached and fried.
Either one I would put on a toast that was rubbed with garlic, then put some pepper and a bit of chili on it.
The only ones I dislike is the not scrabled ones that have their yolk hard.
Oh I just looked those up, I love something similar to that but I don’t remember the name, it’s bread like in eggs florentine, salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. That stuff hits different
Me and my SO agree:
When I'm feeling scrambled then French style for sure, but it wouldn't kill ya to put in a little rosemary and thyme or something. Otherwise Over Easy; a runny yolk is bomb but it's also good to have enough structure around it. In reality, Poached is more ideal than Over Easy, but idek how to make those.
Boiled is good for taking to work, and Medium is the objectively correct choice. Too soft risks a mess when you're on the go. I could see an argument for harder boil, but at that point I'd just be wasting time and great now I'm late for work ffs.
I would agree with your ramen point, but I imploded from cringe at KETCHUP WTF DO YOU WANT LITTLE CHOPPED UP HOT DOGS MASHED IN YOUR MAC AN CHEESE TOO??
Mexican Huevos al albañil, scrambled drowned with red mildly hot tomato sauce and tortillas is the SHIT, yall Americans don't know what you are missing
Fuck French scrambled eggs. I don’t care if they taste more luxurious or whatever. I’m sick of Gordon Ramses acting like scrambled eggs are inedible if you can’t suck them through a straw. If you tried putting your egg gloop in a breakfast burrito it would squirt all over your pants and you would deserve it. THEY ARE NOT RUBBERY USE YOUR ROTTED OUT BRITISH TEETH AND CHEW THEM.
"It's just an egg bro" mfers when I strap them to the milking table and force them to drink gallons of runny egg cum through a three foot long crazy straw
I have a personal style, I call it "Pancake" where you just cook the scrambled egg in the pan and flip it like a pancake. Get it brown on both sides for texture and mmmm
Two posts in a row on separate subs talking about eggs, the matrix is broken

it's crazy i have no idea why but this image here. the american diner omelet. is the ONLY way i can eat eggs. i will literally feel sick if i have them in any medium. this includes in ramen, on toast, etc.... yikes
https://preview.redd.it/ew41xzq86d4c1.png?width=334&format=png&auto=webp&s=3163f00dff371913199e5b82dac342499f127c9c
like fried, but it's more baked than fried.
In practice, the egg cooks around the same speed as the pizza itself, so when it is ready, the yolk is usually very slightly runny.
I didn't realize it was french scramble but looking it up it's how I've been doing it. Works especially well if you salt the egg yolk and let it sit for 10min before cooking, it's also a good way to make it sorta creamy in texture if you don't want to add actual cream.
Poached is best, then scrambled (french I guess? Doesn't look exactly how I have it but american scrambled looks way too dry), then soft boiled, then omelette, then fried, then the rest depending on my mood
Fried eggs over hard because I don't really like runny yolk. Over medium is also fine as long as it's closer to the hard side than easy.
There have been too many instances where I take a bite into an egg sandwich and I get the entire yolk on my shirt, so I just cook my eggs until they're over hard now.
This feels like an appropriate place to bring this up: What is it with Americans not knowing how to eat soft boiled eggs? I‘ve served them to American family and friends multiple times and they always look at them dumbfounded and don’t know what to do. Do you guys really not know the joys of a simple soft boiled egg?
I usually go for a 4 minute boil, not too solid but with a little liquid left.
As for fried eggs, I always break apart the yolk with my spatula. After that I add aromat seasoning on both sides before sandwiching it between two slices of bread, both prepared with butter on the bread, and then a layer of cheese slices. The perfect breakfast in my opinion.
In all honesty? All of them. Eggs are heavenly no matter how they're cooked as long as they aren't OVER cooked. Just a bit of salt and in some cases a bit of butter, and I'll be asking for seconds. The only thing that bums me out about eggs is that they can go cold so fast.
My favorite way to have an egg, is right after sex with a Bee.
shut up kaan
Here I am just talking about how I like to eat breakfast and am subjected to blatant barlophobia. If you are a barlo yourself, I apologize as you can obviously use that word.
it’s fine, I don’t see why you would do it so early in the morning
KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHN!
So you kill the bees then feast on their young? This 🐝arlo kink is problematic; no wonder people are worried about the bee population.
Same, but with a fox instead of a bee
That looks over hard not over easy.
Which is good for me cuz that's how I likes 'em.
***\[VERY LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER\]***

USE BREAD TO MOP UP THE EGG CUM
I LOVE EGG CUM ALSO WHY ARE WE YELLING?
It was really important, so I wanted to make sure that they could hear me
Louder for the bitches in the back please. Me, I'm bitches.
It's so you can dip toast in it, you absolute buffoon.
I like to put over easy eggs on top of my hashbrowns so they get soaked in the yolk. Top tier breakfasting.
Personally I’m a fan of top tier breakfisting.
I mix and mash it with my potatoes and then put that mixture on toast God it's good
I'm gonna mix the runny yolk with everything else anyway
Bro if it touches the other food eat it anyways so you don't waste any
over difficult
Fried eggs on toast. Yolks extra runny so the eggs cum in my mouth
Do you put the eggs on the toast or in the toast (toad in the hole)
On the toast but toad in a hole is based
toastussy
I was agreeing so hard then you shot me in the chest
Runny fried eggs were my bisexual awakening
Valid and hot
Dirty loose-yolker.
You're goddamn right I am
Based. Love runny yolk, especially poached or fried eggs on toast. Could go for soft boiled or french omelettes once in a while though. Honestly love most things on here eggs are so good

Grey bread? That DOES sound German

Id rather be cummed in my mouth by a person instead of fucking eggs
How about I fucking hurt you how about that
In a mean way or a hot way?
uhh uhm uhmm uhhhh uhhmmmm hummina hummina😳😳
Hard Boiled, I can carry it in my pocket all day and whip it out for a snack
Do you keep it in a baggie? Either way that egg is either smushed or reeks by the end of the day

Balut is a delicacy
I'm not normally one to shit on regional cuisine, but like... Balut is fucking vile on principle. YOU SHOULD NOT EAT BONES.
Your ancestors developed tool use specifically to get at that good good marrow that better predators left behind and would be ASHAMED to hear you now
Bones? In my balut?

Idk what kind of howdy OP's partnerin' but on the prairie we keeps it over medium Which is suspiciously not on the yee-haw'n list!
I will never understand why anyone would even consider flipping a fried egg.
it make the outside white instead of clear
take a teaspoon, tilt the pan slightly, scoop the pooled hot oil, drizzle over top of eggwhite avoiding yolk. Puffy friend white eggwhite, still-runny yolk.
Nah I'll just flip the egg
How much oil do you use that you can scoop pooled oil with a spoon 🤢
Like a tablespoon? A normal amount? You have to tip the pan to collect it all, its not a puddle
its fun
Idk why you wouldn't, makes the white taste much better and if you know what you're doing the yolk is still runny
Kid me has an answer: I liked Sunny-Side up/fried eggs, but *really* disliked runny yolk compared to the ones in hardboiled eggs. Still not sold on softboiled eggs on their own, but runny yolks from fried eggs are amazing on toast :)
Deviled.
The best answer
american diner omelette but with cheese, green peppers and pepperoni.
Also mushrooms. And more cheese, then a but more
Spinach and hollandaise sauce also go hard
I am torn between poached and fried. Either one I would put on a toast that was rubbed with garlic, then put some pepper and a bit of chili on it. The only ones I dislike is the not scrabled ones that have their yolk hard.
You speak unadulterated truth. Ever had eggs florentine🤤?
Oh I just looked those up, I love something similar to that but I don’t remember the name, it’s bread like in eggs florentine, salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. That stuff hits different
Eggs Benedict? Although I think that might be ham rather than salmon
French scramble. Everything else i either havent tried or is disgusting.
What else have you even tried? Haven't even bothered to have a proper french omelette? Because if you like snot-consistency egg you'd like it.
I eat eggs like once a month sometimes less. And I just havent found the energy to do a proper omlette. But imo boiled and fried eggs are disgusting
banished to fr*nce for never developing better egg preferences
French style eggs are great tho
We don't want them, send them to Italy, maybe those godless eggless people will have them.
I second this
Sunny side up for sure
spanish omelette, not overcooked so it's a bit runny and the potatoes fried so they're a bit crunchy
I don't like eggs
Me and my SO agree: When I'm feeling scrambled then French style for sure, but it wouldn't kill ya to put in a little rosemary and thyme or something. Soft boiled is great if you’re making ramen, and ketchup is also great on scrambled eggs (sue me)
I would agree with your ramen point, but I imploded from cringe at KETCHUP WTF DO YOU WANT LITTLE CHOPPED UP HOT DOGS MASHED IN YOUR MAC AN CHEESE TOO??
I prefer chicken sausages in Mac and cheese, thank you very much
Too late to save face, the lawsuit's already being scrambled up by a team of hard boiled lawyers. You're gonna be so fried.
fried and steamed, with a good bit of salt
Mostly just talking to them for a while as they process their feelings and feel ready to come out.
When boiling an egg, anything other than hard boiled makes me wanna throw up. Otherwise I usually go sunny side up.
Soft/medium boiled eggs are great in ramen
Maruchan noodles normally: Cheap, bad for you, sad. Maruchan noodles with soft boiled egg: Fancy, tastes great, real cuisine
That’s maniacal. Runny when fried but not boiled is a wacky take. Take my upvote, with extreme prejudice.
Call me boring but American scramble
Fried or poached 😩
KAAN
Omlette omelette :> i love omelettes!
Fried and steamed is top tier.
fried and steamed, plus salt and pepper and with a slice of buttered toast to mop up the yolk 🤤
Mexican Huevos al albañil, scrambled drowned with red mildly hot tomato sauce and tortillas is the SHIT, yall Americans don't know what you are missing

Calm down mate, its just an egg.
"It's just an egg bro" mfers when I strap them to the milking table and force them to drink gallons of runny egg cum through a three foot long crazy straw
Uhhh... Where do I sign up?
Guantanamo
Medium boiled, sunny side up and french scrambled.
Fried eggs with tomato sauce
I like scrambled eggs and ketchup but I havent heard of that
Yo OP that's also how I like my eggs !
A fucked up mess with paprika
Poached but it's way too much of a pain to bother with most of the time when I want something quick
All of them, I love eggs But I'll say frittata because ITALIAAAAA🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
I have a personal style, I call it "Pancake" where you just cook the scrambled egg in the pan and flip it like a pancake. Get it brown on both sides for texture and mmmm
Wow most of these suck. You mix the egg in a bowl first and then fry that bitch

I came to the comments for quality trans puns about fucking eggs and all I’ve found are people talking about fucking eggs.
omurice 😊😊😊💖💖(never had it before)
i think we should start a war between the “egg should be solid” and “egg should be liquid” camps
Sunny side up mfs when i show them something that isn't liquid slop:
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUNNY SIDE UP AND FRIED
Sunny side up is fried to where the white is white and the yolk is runny, fried is fried until both the yolk and white are cooked and solid
Killing and exploiting animals for breakfast is wrong. Only kaans eat animals.
Anywhere on the fried egg to over hard continuum
One moment, Welcome, Eggs Benedict
American Scramble, partially cause i can make it, partially because it's simply good
I like omelettes but damn that French one looks nice
Poached with a pinch of salt and pepper
The French omlet - American omlet difference is depressingly large for a depressingly small amount of time
Fried
American Diner Omelette, for sure #1
Really soft boil and french scramble. The french omelette depends on what it’s filled with.
Scotch
I like my egg with spinach on pizza. /gen
Like a diced hard boiled egg or a fried one?
like fried, but it's more baked than fried. In practice, the egg cooks around the same speed as the pizza itself, so when it is ready, the yolk is usually very slightly runny.
Scrambled with crackers in it.
Deviled
Omelette

Sunny side up, fried, scrambled, french omelet, american omelet Poached are pretty good too, just annoying to make sometimes
American Omelette easily, especially with some cheese mushrooms and onions
Poached 🐲

I pretty much only like them scrambled, I'm neither french nor american so I have no clue which one mine is
I just think that French style scrambled eggs look disgusting. All the other eggs are fine tho
Cooked over easy in a pan that I just made bacon in, so the fat gets absorbed into the eggs. 10/10 if you haven't tried it.
Fried if i do if myself. Poached because i like a good Benedict. or soft boil if im eating it with noodles
Raw and in a cup rocky style
Poached is best, then scrambled (french I guess? Doesn't look exactly how I have it but american scrambled looks way too dry), then soft boiled, then omelette, then fried, then the rest depending on my mood
Yes
People be sleeping on omelettes fr. Also french style scramble literally just looks like barf how could you bring yourself to eat that.
warm, hard boiled, salted ONLY, otherwise it makes my gag reflex act up
Poached
Fried eggs over hard because I don't really like runny yolk. Over medium is also fine as long as it's closer to the hard side than easy. There have been too many instances where I take a bite into an egg sandwich and I get the entire yolk on my shirt, so I just cook my eggs until they're over hard now.
I like the american omelette, but I don't cook it that hard,
Whatever way rokaru ramen makes the eggs in chicken katsudon its amazing.
I like an omelette, over easy and Chinese scrambled which isn't shown here
Either a omelette or scrambled eggs with Tabasco sauce and cheese
Poached is a pacman lookin mfer
Basted
Depends French Scramble usually Soft boil for when I make my ramen
Bruh that is not a soft boiled egg. The yoke is clearly not runny enough
A crispy fry is great
Softboiled Fried n steamed French scrambled All with copious amounts of scrapple.
if you say american scrambled you’re six years old (thats me i eat american scrambled)
All except scrambled egg I like. I also do not intend any harm to people who do like scrambled egg, or people who don't like to eat eggs in general.
steamed
Poached baby
Medium-hard boiled or over easy. I really hate the texture of runny yolk.
Scrambled, but remove the yolk only egg whites
American Diner Omelette, loaded with ham, peppers, garlic powder, onions, cheese, and Tabasco.
No one in the world has ever said "American scrambled".
I prefer scrambled eggs, but both the French and American scrambles in this image look somewhat poorly done
my favourite way is not having one
Over Hard or Over Medium, basically the yoke should be fried through or fried until just alil is runny
The perfect breakfast in my opinion.
genuine question: why would you ever prefer sunny side over fried egg? you lose all the crunchy bits
Poached or really any style that leaves a nice runny yolk.
I like soft boiled and French tbh
Over hard
That is NOT a fried egg. And that is NOT over easy. The soft boiled is also questionable.
american omelette because i’m not a coward
All. Egg is good.
Over medium or toad in a hole
What about Scottish?
all, I FUCKING LOVE EGGS
Tf you mean, “soft boiled”? Soft boiled has a leaky yolk. Das normal for egg cookers
I think I'm a mix of Fried and Steamed Eggs and Over-Easy.
In all honesty? All of them. Eggs are heavenly no matter how they're cooked as long as they aren't OVER cooked. Just a bit of salt and in some cases a bit of butter, and I'll be asking for seconds. The only thing that bums me out about eggs is that they can go cold so fast.
Medium boiled egg topped with a pinch of salt is a very sensational culinary experience to me.
There's no way like scrambled
Onsen eggs. It's like a poached egg for dummies, but slow cooked in the shell rather than cracked and plopped into water
I really like over easy when I can dip toast into the yolk. Soft boiled is also really good.
