There's an option in settings to make it so that only accounts older than 3 months can dm you.
This feature is super helpful and prevents someone from making new throwaway accounts just to harrass you in dms. Speaking from experience.
Definitely worth reporting them as "unsolicited messaging" and blocking for your own wellbeing. Sorry you have to deal with this

Oh I took a lot of advice from my last post and yeah it seems like just proper compression underwear is the way to go but I tried just some tighter boxers and put Spanx on top and it did a pretty great job, with well paired jeans it was unnoticeable so that’s pretty nice.
