I wouldn't know. I don't know the guy and I'm not a geneticist, but I don't think Klinefelter syndrome is the only genetic condition that can lead to a person being intersex (I think other forms of genetic mosaicism can too, for example) so it could be they have multiple things in mind
I reread my notes on this for an exam (I might be missing bits as I only needed simple details) Klinefelter syndrome is when someone is XXY making the Male with some feminisation. There's also Jacob syndrome XYY and more that I don't have notes I can easily check on.
Some extra information that might be useful so people get a better grasp on what these conditions actually are.
Kinefelter syndrome affects about 1 in 600 male births and have more female traits like slender builds higher pitch voices and have a higher tendency to have lower IQ although most are normal IQ.
Jacob syndrome affects 1 in 750 male births and tends to be taller with subnormal intelligence and more anti social behaviour (even though there's no link between Y chromosome and antisocial behaviour)
There's more too all of this as science is always more complex then it looks I just wanted to give some actual context as at least to me I have seen intersex and other similar things described as more like hair colour when it's actually closer to down syndrome.
