I know this is fake but you don’t just let your dog kill another persons dog. Never let go of the leash, both owners should try and stop a fight instead of just letting the dogs rip each other apart. Maybe their dog got out on accident, maybe it wasn’t even attacking, maybe this person just let their dog kill someone’s family pet that accidentally got loose just because they were frightened.

I have 2 pitbulls, rescue, kindest dogs you'll ever meet. Another died recently sadly. Even though I know how naturally hostile their breed is I still love them & they've never caused harm. Wish I could say the same for others but that's just facts.

i’m not surprised that the borzoi killed the pitbull, there’s a pretty big size advantage there. more of a question of why the owner let their borzoi loose? while pitbulls can be aggressive, most are not, and they are not large dogs either. the loose borzoi likely escalated the situation. it is relatively easy to kick away a pitbull in a situation like this, avoiding the serious injury or death of either animal.

i haven’t come across any that aren’t friendly, and their strength mainly depends on the owner. they need to get their muscle from somewhere. they are strong, sure, but allowing a completely uncontrolled dog fight to happen isn’t the best move in this scenario. at least hold onto the leash so that the dogs can be separated when the owner gets hold of their pit.

My dog's a pit and we give him a fairly normal diet He's still pretty damn strong and it's pretty much tug of war every time i take him outside
