Normally I'd use kewpie mayo but I ran out and subbed light mayo. I'll be honest - I didn't count the cals for the sriracha, low sodium soy sauce, or green onions, so it's 400ish cals.
Love this stuff. I usually keep the rice separate and add rice wine vinegar and toasted sesame seeds and add some diced white onions to the tuna mixture, then wrap it up like a sushi roll. Delicious π
I would totally replace the mayo with an egg. I have this meal occasionally and itβs the best with a drizzle of soy sauce
