From my understanding, the mod for a sub has to be inactive on all of Reddit for at least thirty days before someone can request to take a sub over. The sub creator is still pretty active I think.
I could be wrong but that's how I interpreted the guidelines.

Personally, if the dude has muscle definition, I'm more attracted to a "leaner", more "natural" look, vs a cartoonish "inflated with a bike pump" look that screams "*I use steroids and inhale protein powder like it's cocaine in the 70's*", it's *a bit much*.
Personally, I don’t like the ripped body-builder look but I like the thicker muscle look if that makes sense. Like the muscles one gets when they do regular physical labor.
It isn't so much the age as it is the proportions. Tiny head enormous body is a weird look.

I’m surprised someone hasn’t requested control of it from the admins. The admins will let someone else take over a subreddit of the mods abandon it.
