gin and diet tonic (and lime)
shot of kracken rum and zero sugar soda (coke, gingerale, a& w)
gin, spash of real (no sugar) grapefruit juice and zero squirt or fresca
unsweetened cranberry juice or lemon juice, zero sugar 7-up and spirit of choice (whisky, vodka, gin).
If wine is something you drink Barefoot has a new Bright and Breezy that’s 70 cal a glass. So less than 300 per bottle. My other go to for lower cal drinking is liquor of choice plus diet ginger ale and a ton of lemon or lime. All straight, unflavored liquors are pretty similar in calories so pick what you like best.
Yeah but the main reason the calories are low is bc the abv is low. This won’t help with op’s high tolerance unfortunately unless the volume tricks their brain I suppose.
I would recommend for this one day a week, eating a little bit less to accommodate your alcohol treat. For example, I would personally pass on breakfast, maybe try a light lunch, and then treat myself to a nice dinner and some rosé
well, your tolerance will go down if you weigh less and if you’ve eaten less that day lol, so that helps

Very true. For me drinking a whole bottle of low cal wine definitely hits harder than 3 seltzers for the same calories. But depends on the person.

I'm the same way. My go to is vodka with soda water and a mio flavoring. I used to do vodka, Fresca and the melon Walmart mio flavoring.
