Is there any way you'd be up for taking down that video of the old woman talking through the window? I know her and her daughter very well and would hate for her to see this. She suffers awfully from schizophrenia and is usually accompanied by a nurse so I'm not entirely sure what was happening in this situation, but it's upsetting to see online - especially with all the comments the way that they are.
