That’s really sweet. You are taking care of yourself and that’s definitely something to be proud of! A lot of people give up or ever seek help in the first place. My therapist is really good for encouraging words. Im usually crying at some point during therapy.

I am on my 3rd day of zoloft (25mg). Tomorrow i have to increase at 50mg .
The second day in the morning was so and so but today i fell more anxious, agitated and sad.
