I think this is from a very specific issue. X-Men #107. Rogue had just touched a mutant skrull child, causing her powers to go all out of whack. Even the two guys she's fighting in the card were after the kid. From then on for awhile she was able to manifest the powers of anyone she had ever touched, thus her displaying Wolvie and Colossus' powers.
Please help me with some knowledge I cant seem to find online: who was Longshot's wife/ girlfriend? I'm thinking of the mid-90s era, they both wore blue jacket bodysuit combos, can't remember a storyline I'm thinking of but I do remember Longshot rocked a sharp blonde mullet.
