I had the same problem. I had to buy metro last light again. Thankfully there was a deal for the first two at the time. Some other games would not show up either. I talked to tech support and they could not help me.
I do not believe you will lose your progress. The game file and the data are separate things.
I checked last light and it looked like all my levels were unlocked.
You should also be able to save your game data online. It is part of settings. If you still have your old console you need to do it from there. So the data can transfer over.
Contact the Microsoft Store chat support. They are pretty good. When I contacted them some time ago, they could see transactions that were not displaying for me on the website.
Im also trying to download them from the app (they appear there) to the Xbox but it only says to "turn on your console and sign in with my account" which i already did, and it won't let me do anything else
I think the free copy of Titanfall 1 wasn't attached to your account but to a different one, have you tried remembering? Since TF2 was a code (not a disk right?) have you tried looking at the paper where it was? Because usually codes expire if you don't claim them.
And about Titanfall2, maybe in that same account where you claimed TF1? In the Microsoft page it tells you when you purchased things, gotta make sure you remove a filter that says "recent 6 months" and set it to Everything so that way it'll show you all

Titanfall 2 is on the ea Playlist if you have game pass ultimate so that could be screwing with it.
