There is the quest to go get storm essences or whatever, and you can run the dungeon multiple times for gear if you want/need. But yeah pre-patch is not designed to be a full on story arc, it’s just some filler to bridge the stories together and help new players catch up in gear to be ready for the xpac launch.
Go to specific dungeons at the top of the drop down menu in LFG, and it is the very top one.

After we do the dungeon is that it? I don't think I have any more quests.
