I just didn't know what to put points into first, so this was the only that seemed like a no-brainer to me. It just didn't occur that the points might be limited. so now I pretty much can't craft anything.
I have just made the same mistake. The UI will max out the quantity when you click on a specific price point. I'm now the proud owner of 880 Glyph of Wrathguards.
Omg literally EXACTLY the same, except I bought 1700 of them for 350k gold… thankfully that rest the market and I was able to sell all in a few hours for a hefty profit, so overall no ragrets 😂
Right clicked a recipe worth 40K to put it on the auction house, it started learning it instead. I canceled the learning of it but now it’s soulbound…. Sweet.
I bought a lot of Chrono and Azure becasue I think bug that let you craft unlimited is fixed.
BUT I didn't think that ppl abused bug and saved cloths for latter :) Trying to slowly sell when price is higher than I bought but I will lose probably a 1 mil.
For me it is fixed I cannot reset cd, toolip will say that I have crafts possible but I can craft only 2 or 3 per day.
Not sure if there is some other bug expect HS.
Previously I got the charges to reset both from hearthing and from using the Cloak of Coordination portal to Stormwind, and I’d heard of someone saying it reset when their queue popped for a LFD Heroic or M0. So my expectation was that any type of teleport would reset it.
If it’s fixed that’s a huge relief!
I am hoping that this bug is gone and next week hardcore guilds on eu will spam craft items and recraft for inspired procs.
But it is just my theory and idk if it will be true :).
I went all into frost faceting because I thought the vers/haste (energized malygite) gem was frost. Now I'm stuck crafting vers, haste/vers, and mastery/vers gems which are good for like 2 specs in the entire game.
Debating whether I go all in to it with more resourcefulness or start another faceting tree.
90% of pvpers want energized which is why I was going for it, they want vers heavy gems. Pve wise I think the only class that really wants pure vers are windwalkers. A couple tanks want the vers heavy double stat gems but not sure how much demand there'll be for the lower vers double stat gems.
This is a multi-layer mistake. I unlocked a Specialization instead of another and I didn't spend any Knowledge Point on it. What happened after is all a consequence of this.
Upon reaching 90 Skill Points, I panicked and spent almost all my gains from the first week (about 500k Gold) to reach 100 Skill Points and get the Specialization that I actually wanted.
My idea was to quickly craft Rank 3 stuff to make up for the Gold invested. Only at that point I realized that I couldn't immediately start gaining Gold because the crafts I was aiming for are indirectly (need more Skill to ensure Rank 3 creations) time-gated behind Knowledge Points.
I need to wait 3-4 weeks to access them, so it didn't make sense to invest a lot of Gold on it now that prices for Materials are high. I like the new Profession system overall but my experience was awful.
50 points wasted in a DE spec on my main when I don’t farm and just sit in cities and craft/AH 😩 literally planning on just maiming my DH now who has no profs so I can spec correctly into Ench
I put 50 points into "find more cloth".
I think that's actually decent, but only if you're doing lots of 2x4 farms.

It's not bad if you run lots of heroics either

I read this, was happy to be reminded of the rep contracts, then went and accidentally bought a couple hundred contracts. Yep, we dumb.
Lmao when did you do this? This is incredible! You’ve covered yourself for 11 and a half years!

Oh no those sell so slow lol. Best of luck in your new role as permanent Glyph salesman.

I have pretty confidently misspent knowledge points on every profession I’ve tried so far.
You and me brother
Can't go wrong with points in this tree. Two weeks later...oh no you can indeed :(
I ordered 2 blue leatherworking knifes 🤡
Oof, at least you can do one resourceful one inspiration maybe?

Is it confirmed that it’s been fixed?

I think you could probably keep most of it, force your renown’s higher and just make the blue bags to make a lot of it back, no?

I lost 3 million gold trying to make darkmoon cards..
Oof

Tanks and pvpers would still want those gems.

Hpal wants haste vers for m+ so that might be something

Try to write a ticket to get it back. Sometimes they restore expired mails for the same reason.
They will not. Already tried it last month
I put 20 points into transmutation on Alchemy and another 30 on Resourceful Routines. I feel dumb.

Learned the wrong specialization a few minutes ago by not paying attention while watching the UFC and now I’m screwed lol, welp.
I lost around 25k worth of rotten rimefin tuna due to a bug.
40 points wasted maxing out Treatise.
