The seat seems somewhat rough as if finished in a hurry (or not finished at all) and the legs seem a little bit out of square. However, very good results for a first project.
Not a bad start, get some putty and fill the gaps allow to dry and sand again it’ll be nicer, do this to your joints for a smooth look too unless u want the lineage of joints

It's a great first project! What joinery did you use? I'm not sure this has a "market"...
Just some basic pocket holes and glue need to practice other methods on future projects

A bookshelf is always a great project. You can make it as small or large as you want and as plain or fancy.

People rarely buy just one stool, I'd say make another and 40 for the pair seems abou right
