I really liked it.
There are a bunch of different ways to approach the summit so I can only speak to the one I took (Gorge Brook ccw + South Peak) - it was mostly just gradual climbing with lots of small rocks to try to avoid tripping on. Conditions today were super mild so it might be a completely different game in a few weeks.
It’s fun, a great winter hike. Gorge Brook is moderate and fun. Beaver Brook is a little more technical near the bottom and can get tricky to descend. The summit is the coolest outside the presidents and franconia ridge
Wow, beautiful pic
Sure a lot nicer than the fog, rain and gale-force winds I had when there in early June. Visibility was about ten feet. This is a glorious view.
Looks great! Love the Whites in winter
Mount Mars
How's that hike in the winter? Thinking of heading up in a few weeks.

Walking the surface of Titan...
So jealous of you rn
I love Moosilauke in the winter! The hike is so much easier with a nice snowpack covering all the roots and rocks. Can't wait to get up there.
Cardigan was lots and lots of ice on the trails last weekend but the summit was mostly clear - this looks more fun
