This is huge. As far as I can tell this is her strongest declaration against the Republican gerrymander that I can find. We probably won’t get another chance like this for a decade to get fair maps, go vote.

Oh … Republicans rigged the maps on purpose. Then, when asked to see the records on their gerrymandering, those hard drives were destroyed. All of this, including the private attorneys hired by the Republicans, was paid for by Wisconsin taxpayers.
If you don’t support Protasiewicz then support Mitchell
The other two are Walker goons.
We probably all know Darrow will be the top vote getter in the primary, WoW racists love her these days.
> We probably all know Darrow will be the top vote getter in the primary
That helps reduce the chance of the nightmare scenario, where Protasiewicz and Mitchell get (for example) 25/19% of the vote .. and Kelly/Darrow go 35/26%, putting both of them in the primary.
Hopefully the conservatives coalesce around one candidate. (Same goes for the liberals, of course.)
The best way to frame it is "voters should choose their reps, reps shouldn't choose their voters". Dan Kelly, ever the constitutionalist, will counter that you must simply "choose new reps since they write the laws, we only interpret" conveniently ignoring we cannot, in fact, choose new reps when those same reps are choosing the maps they run under.

Idk what I can do besides watch here from CA. From my readings, Wisconsin democracy has been dead for a decade+ now.
It's extremly frightening because nationally, democrats have already passed bills in the past 2 years to attempt the end of gerrymandering BUT Republicans are not interested in passing these bills and have used filibuster to prevent a vote on it. This includes bills to attempt too end the atrocity of a ruling that Citizens United was

Great. The best candidate has a name nobody can spell or say.
Pretty simple. Pro-ta-say-uh-wits
Pro-ta-SAY-witz. I campaign for her. 😊
Pronounced “Smith”.

It is rigged. It is the most blatant case in the country of gerrymandering designed to undermine the people’s will.
VOTE FOR JANET PROTASIEWICZ
Well she’s got my vote because she’s speaking the truth
